# Hướng dẫn chỉ cài một số ứng dụng nhất định của MS Office 365

Đối với các phiên bản từ Office 2016 trở lên (gồm Office 2016, Office 2019, Office 365) thì chuyện cài đặt được tiến hành với chỉ 1-click. Tuy nhiên, vấn đề này dẫn đến chẳng thể tùy chỉnh lựa chọn các ứng dụng sẽ cài. Một người thường xuyên dùng Word, Excel, PowerPoint sẽ thường chỉ cài 3 ứng dụng này. Với Office mới, bạn sẽ luôn phải cài đặt mọi thứ ứng dụng của bộ Office, cho dù là các phần mềm sau:

**Bài viết này hướng dẫn các bạn tùy chỉnh chỉ chọn lựa một số ứng dụng nhất định trong bộ Office 365/2019.**

Đối với việc cài  **thông thường** , các bạn sẽ vào tải file cài Office 365 như thế này:<br>

Và phải cài đặt toàn bộ phần mềm như thế này:

Trong bài hướng dẫn này, mình sẽ chỉ cài Word, Excel, PowerPoint trong bộ Office 365.

* Truy cập vào trang web: 49117 để tải  **Office Deployment Tool** . Nhấn vào nút Download.
* Truy cập vào trang sau để tùy chỉnh bộ cài:. Chọn  **Create**  trong phần  **Create a new configuration** .
* Trong trang tiếp theo, chọn lựa các thông số thiết đặt cho chuyện cài đặt.

Sau khi chọn lựa xong tất cả những mục, các bạn bấm vào nút Export để lưu lại file cấu hình. Trình duyệt sẽ tự tải về file  **Configuration.xml** . File cấu hình tượng các bạn cũng có thể tải về ở cuối bài viết.\
– Which architecture do you want to deploy? 64-bit.\
– Which products and apps do you want to deploy? Office 365 ProPlus.\
– Update channel – Select the update channel, which controls the timing of feature updates: Monthly Channel (Targeted) (hàng tháng) hoặc Semi-Annual Channel (nửa năm một lần). Ở đây mình chọn: Monthly Channel (Targeted).\
– App: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.\
– Languages: English (United States) hoặc Match Operating System.\
– Các mục còn lại để mặc định.

* Cho file  **officedeploymenttool\_11617-33601.exe**  (MS Office Deployment Tool) và  **Configuration.xml**  vào cùng thư mục
* Mở CMD, chuyển qua thư mục chứa 2 file trên.\
  (Hoặc các bạn cũng có thể làm như sau: tại thư mục chứa cả hai file trên, nhấn Shift+chuột phải -> chọn  **Open PowerShell window here** )
* Chạy lệnh sau:

&#x20;/configure <đường dẫn đến thư mục chứa 2 file> /

Ví dụ:

officedeploymenttool\_11617-33601.exe /configure "D:\Desktop\office\_365\_custom\office\_365\_install\configuration.xml"

* Cửa sổ cài đặt Office 365 hiện lên với những app mà bạn đã lựa chọn trong file cấu hình (Configuration.xml). Ở đây sẽ có 3 ứng dụng: Word, Excel, PowerPoint được cài đặt.
* Sau khi cài đặt xong, các bạn đăng nhập vào Word (hoặc Excel/PowerPoint) với tài khoản có chứa bản quyền Office 365 để kích hoạt.

Lưu ý: từ các phiên bản sau trở đi của Office Deployment Tool, sau khi tải về file sẽ được dạng: officedeploymenttool\_11901-20022.exe. Bạn triển khai nhấn đúp chuột chạy file này, chọn đường dẫn giải nén, tạo ra 3 file như thế này:

Các bạn tiến hành copy file configuration.xml vào cùng thư mục, sau đó chạy lệnh như sau:
